When comparing resume writers, look for:
– The number of years helping job seekers
– Technology industry expertise and hiring experience
– The volume written recommendations on their profile
– The blue LinkedIn premium account logo
When you talk with other writers, ask:
– “What is an ATS and HOW can you ensure compatibility?“
ANSWER: If they mention keywords, move on! Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compatibility is NOT about keywords, it is about formatting.
– “How many years of hiring experience do you have?“
ANSWER: They should have at least 3 years of recent hiring experience so you know they understand how employers are viewing resumes.

The Bottom Line:
