Success Fee Only If You Accept an Offer
Gold includes a performance-based success fee because incentives should be aligned. You invest in the process up front, and the success fee is only earned when the process helps produce an accepted offer.
If you accept an offer from an opportunity we helped identify, pursue, apply to, follow up on, or prepare you for during your initial 3-month Gold engagement, the $3,000 success fee is due.
If you are actively working with us and do not accept an offer from our work during those first 3 months, you do not owe the success fee.

Shared Commitment
This process works best when both sides execute consistently. We handle the search strategy, lead sourcing, applications, and preparation. You stay engaged by responding, participating, and taking action when needed.
Why are you obligated to stay involved?
• If we identify and present a qualified job lead and you don’t respond to us, we can’t pursue it to help you get an offer.
• If we write a cover letter, customize your resume, and apply to a job for you, and but you don’t take the employer’s call, the opportunity is lost.
• If an interview is scheduled and you don’t let us help you prepare or if you don’t show up, we can’t help convert it into an offer.
We will set the conditions in your favor, but you still need to engage with employers, participate in interviews, and follow through at each stage to keep momentum moving.
As a result, Speed Up My Search reserves the right to void the Success Fee Guarantee if your actions prevent us from executing the process effectively. This includes, but is not limited to, not responding to qualified opportunities, missing interviews, or not following the process we use to consistently generate results.
If you remain engaged and follow the process, and a job offer is not secured during your initial 3-month engagement, no success fee will be due. This remains true even if you continue working with us beyond the initial term.
An accepted job offer is defined as an offer of employment from an employer that you have formally accept. Speed Up My Search retains discretion in determining whether an offer qualifies under this guarantee.
If the shared commitment outlined above is not met, the Success Fee Guarantee does not apply, and the success fee will be due at the end of the initial term.
What the guarantee means
The Gold success fee is performance-based. If our work helps lead to job offer that you accept during your initial 3-month engagement, then the success fee applies. If you stay engaged and responsive during the process and our work does NOT produce a job offer you accept, the success fee is not owed, ever, even if you continue working with us beyond the initial 3-month engagement.
What counts as “our work”
This includes opportunities we helped source, research, pursue, apply to, follow up on, introduce you to, or prepare you to interview for during your initial 3-month engagement with us.
What counts as an accepted offer
An accepted offer means you formally accept a job offer from an employer. The success fee is not triggered by interviews, verbal interest, promises of future offers, or offers you choose not to accept.
What happens after 3 months
If you like our approach and can see it will get results if you just keep going, you may continue the Gold Reverse Recruiting engagement for $1,500/month for any length of time. No additional success fee applies after the initial 3-month Gold engagement.
What you need to do to qualify
This guarantee is built on shared execution. We handle as much of the process as possible, but your participation is required to create strong outcomes.
To qualify for the Success Fee Guarantee, you agree to:
• Stay actively engaged in the process throughout the 3-month engagement
• Respond to job lead approvals, feedback requests, and questions within 48 hours
• Use the mutually agreed upon professional resume we create for you
• Attend at least three of the weekly coaching sessions each month
• Attend all interview preparation meetings prior to your scheduled interviews
• Show up to all interviews scheduled at mutually agreed upon times with employers
• Send any direct outreach when required using the guidance we provide
These are not extra requirements. They are the actions that consistently lead to results. When both sides execute, the process works significantly better.
