While it is important to, “Trust God’s timing” as I’m sure you’ve heard many times over, that doesn’t always help to ease the anxiety that comes with a job search. For many of us, we DO trust God has a plan for us and that He not only created that plan, He also created us…ALL of us, our quirks, and personality, our weaknesses, and our strengths.

Since that is the case, the strong desire we feel to take action and DO something during this time of need is a desire that He created in us, wanting us to act on our need to find our next role. It doesn’t mean that we do not trust His timing, it means it’s okay for us to proactively go out there and get what we need. He promised He would guide our steps, not that he would physically pick up our feet and place them one in front of the other.
