Speed Up My Search

Landed

You landed a new job! Congratulations!

Please note: There are no links to this page anywhere on our site. I (Paul Cameron) either shared this with you directly, or with a mutual connection (you have permission to share this page with anyone).

Whether you are a candidate I placed into a job, a member of my job change mastery program, or just a friend of a friend, this is my way of saying thank you for including me in your network.

Below you will find 3 quick videos (5-6 min. long), followed by an onboarding tool you are welcome to use. Congrats again, and enjoy!

The first 90 days on a new job are the most critical. Go in with a 90-Day Success Plan to solidify your employment and set yourself up for faster promotions. The actions you take within your first few months will have a lasting impact. This video includes several ideas to help you get started on the right foot.

Here is a critical consideration for your second 90 days in your new job. This video reveals a major concern that recruiters often hear about from new employees, but it’s rarely talked about publicly. Use this strategy from our 90-Day Success Planner to avoid this common trap.

Here are some specific actions you can start doing today to help you get promoted faster.

Complimentary Onboarding Gift

I have one more tool you can use to help you succeed over the long term at your new company. This is a personal onboarding tool for you with strategic and timely benchmark reminders to complete certain tasks based on your start date.

This is just one part of our New Job Onboarding course available in job change management program. When you fill in the fields and submit the form below, a series of emails will be queued up and released to you based on your start date.

For example, if you haven’t started yet, 3 days before you do you’ll get a checklist of items to prepare and tasks to complete before you start. You will get an email on your first day, and you will be prompted to know when to update your LinkedIn profile with your new company after you start.

The average tenure at any given company these days is less than 3 years, so unless you are planning to retire in the next 3 years, you need to shift your focus from finding a new job to finding efficient career progression opportunities. You do that by improving your marketable skills over the next 3 years.

This free onboarding program will help guide you throughout your first year with ideas about what to do and what to track to get raises, promotions, and if necessary, better jobs opportunities at other companies.

Don’t worry, you won’t be added to marketing list and there aren’t a ton of them; some of the emails are spaced 3 months apart. With that in mind…

My challenge to you is to find a way to remember that you signed up for this and keep an eye out for these career changing emails!

Don’t leave your career success up to luck. Be deliberate about doing the right things to reach your goals. This is the first step, and it’s my gift to you. Congratulations on landing your next position. I appreciate being a part of your professional network.

Sincerely,
Paul Cameron, Founder
