If, after actively participating in the process for 6 consecutive months, you have not received at least five interview opportunities aligned with your target roles (that you approved), we will continue searching for you at full speed (i.e. finding leads, making warm introductions, analyzing market trends to find hidden leads, applying to jobs for you, meeting with you weekly, preparing you for interviews) at no additional cost until you have received five interview opportunities or a job offer.
For the purposes of this guarantee, an interview means a formal conversation with a recruiter, hiring manager, or decision-maker about a specific role.
This guarantee is built around shared commitment. It applies when you stay engaged, respond in a timely way, and remain open to strategic adjustments based on what the market is telling us.

You must meet with us (virtually via zoom or phone) at least twice per month, but preferably every week. You must allow us to help you prepare for your interviews with research and conversation. And you must remain flexible enough to adapt when the market gives us useful data to help you land the right job faster.

The Fine Print
Not meeting the commitments outlined in this guarantee will void the guarantee. Speed Up My Search reserves the right to void this guarantee if you prohibit our ability to deliver the expected results. This includes, but is not limited to, rejecting job opportunities that meet your pre-defined search parameters, not showing up to interviews, and not following our proven process that consistently gets results for our. If a job offer or the expected number of interviews is not secured during your 6-months of service, we will continue at no cost to run your search for an additional 6 service months or until the conditions of the guarantee are met.
A job offer is defined as an offer of employment from an employer to you, regardless of whether you accept it. An interview refers to a formal meeting with any individual involved in the hiring decision for a position or target company that you have approved, including but not limited to recruiters and hiring managers. Each interview counts towards the guarantee, irrespective of your attendance. Speed Up My Search maintains discretion regarding whether an interview qualifies for the guarantee.
