While the 5 PHASES are designed to provide comprehensive coaching for each PHASE of the job search, on-demand, we understand everyone learns differently. Personal interactions, direct coaching, and asking about unique situations is the most effective way for some people master new skills.

Monthly Coaching Calls:
Coaching calls are approached like scrum meetings, reviewing what was done, setting expectations for the next iteration, and addressing obstacles. These meetings provide accountability, encouragement, and skills development.
The initial meeting will be a 1-hour roadmap development call.
– Calls will be consistent at regular meeting times
– Calls conducted by phone or zoom
– You will learn personalized search tactics
– You will predicted DiSC reports on all interviewers
– Quick question access calls/messages with Paul
– Notes & next action step follow up emails after calls
– At home exercises & drills for continuous learning

– Must have a membership in at least one PHASE of the program, preferably an All Access Pass so all subjects can be covered. Calls will focus on the topic of PHASE(s) to which you have a membership.

Just as employers engage our recruiting services and partner with us to fill specific roles, job seekers can engage Paul’s coaching services and partner with him to identify, pursue, and land their next role.
This is much more than just coaching because Paul will be marketing your candidacy directly to employers while equipping you with advanced skills and tactics you need to land your next position.
An “engaged” search agreement simply indicates that we are being hired to perform a service, and just like our employer agreements, we are paid for successful results. Only 1/3rd of the total service fee is rendered up front, the rest is only paid when we successfully complete the search. The initial payment is used to engage our resources and teams to gather the data and insights required to create results.
However, unlike engaged candidate searches to fill a job for an employer, which is typically 30% of the candidate’s base salary, an engaged job search to find a job for a candidate is a flat fee and is significantly less than a typical placement fee paid by employers.
The purpose of this program is ensure your next job is the best possible fit for you and your career progression. It is NOT to help you settle for any job that’s available, but to seek out and find the right job.
Here’s how to qualify:
1.) Receive a personal invitation from Paul, or apply for the program and be approved.
2.) You are a senior IT professional, IT Leader, or and IT Executive
3.) Both you and Paul must agree this program would be a good fit for your search after a detailed discussion about your background, skills, goals, and program expectations.
Important Note: Qualifications depend entirely on the 3 points described above. No consideration whatsoever will be given to age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or anything else unrelated to above.
Here’s what to expect:
1.) Initial Call: A 1-hour roadmap development session to determine appropriate roles and companies you want to pursue.
2.) Research & List Creation: Paul will immediately engage his team to research and develop a comprehensive list of companies to target for employment and present it to you for additional input and approval. This list will adapt and change from week to week as more data is gathered.
3.) Outreach: Paul will initiate an outreach campaign as an agency recruiter with phone calls and emails to each organization on the list in an attempt to secure interviews and offers for you. Paul will also provide guidance and coaching to aide your own outreach efforts to additional organizations to increase coverage with high-quality outreach campaigns.
4.) Interview Preparation & Debrief: Prior to all interviews you will get a thorough interview strategy session with Paul to prepare for each scheduled interview. You will receive a predicted DiSC personality report on every interviewer available from the agenda, and you will receive coaching on how to use that information. Paul will also conduct a detailed interview debrief with you after the interview.
5.) Offer Negotiation: You will receive expert coaching on salary negotiation tactics, and when possible, he will provide agency representation to negotiate on your behalf and ensure you are given the best possible offer available.
6.) Skills Development: Weekly meetings with Paul (phone or zoom) in an Agile Scrum meeting format, reviewing what was done, setting expectations for the week, and addressing obstacles. These meetings provide accountability, encouragement, and advanced job search skills development with a clear agenda which you will receive before each meeting, followed by notes and action steps after each meeting.
7.) Reporting: You will receive weekly reporting on how many and which companies were contacted for you, the results of each attempt, as well as the contact names, numbers, and emails at each company. You will learn Paul’s approach, his results, and you will witness a job search work ethic that will undoubtedly inspire improvements in your own efforts as well.
8.) Pricing: Paul Cameron’s 90-Day Engaged Job Search Coaching Program is priced as follows:
Regardless of base salary, the fee remains flat; unlike our standard 30% employer fee with 1/3rd up front.
– $4,999 due before work begins
– $4,999 due upon job offer acceptance (if you do not receive an offer from a lead obtained within the 90 search period, this payment is not owed)
– $4,999 due on your 30th day of employment (if you don’t last 30 days in your new job, this payment is not owed)
– The 2nd & 3rd payments may be made or reimbursed by the hiring company as an agency referral fee
– If Paul receives a referral fee of any size from the hiring company, it will be applied to 2nd & 3rd payments after all contracted guarantee periods with the employer are satisfied.
– If after the 90 days of this search agreement you accept an offer with an organization presented to you and pursued by Paul during this agreement, meaning, Paul was the procuring cause that made you aware of the opportunity at that organization, then the 2nd and 3rd payments are due on their designated dates as defined above.
– Since you will receive advanced search, interview, and negotiation coaching and will be working independently with Paul’s guidance to find and land a job, if you accept an offer from a company you were pursuing during the 90 days of this search agreement, all payments are owed regardless of whether Paul places you into the role as a representing recruiter, or if you work directly with the company yourself.
– If you do not receive an offer, or if you are not sufficiently on your way to receiving an offer within the 90 days, your 2nd and 3rd payments will be waived and you will be eligible to (but not required to) restart the program for another 90 days for a discounted rate of $3,000 per payment.
NOTE: If the investment required for the services described will create a financial hardship for you in any way, this program should not be considered.
