2.) Weekly Coaching & Accountability:
Soft Skill Development: Get personalized coaching to employ advanced interview strategies, negotiation tactics, professional networking, and other essential skills through weekly 30-minute calls via Zoom or phone directly with Paul.
Process Efficiency Training: Learn an effective job search process to efficiently find leads, research them, network into them, and successfully pursue them. These tactics are not one-size-fits-all checklist items—they’re customized to fit your search style.
Consistent Accountability: Weekly meetings with Paul (phone or zoom) in an Agile Scrum meeting format, reviewing what was done, setting expectations for the week, and addressing obstacles. These meetings provide accountability, encouragement, and advanced job search skills development with detailed notes, takeaways, and actions steps sent immediately following each meeting.

3.) Interview Preparation & Debrief: Prior to all interviews you will get a thorough interview strategy session with Paul to prepare for each scheduled interview. You will receive a predicted DiSC personality report on every interviewer available from the agenda, and you will receive coaching on how to use that information. You will be given tools to help you conduct a detailed interview debrief after the interview which will help improve future interviews and compare potential offers.

4.) Offer Negotiation: You will receive expert coaching on salary negotiation tactics, and when possible, he will provide agency representation to negotiate on your behalf and ensure you receive the best possible offer available.

5.) Research & List Creation (Silver & Gold Packages): Paul will immediately engage his team to research and develop lists of target companies for employment, presenting them to you for input and approval. This list will adapt weekly as more data is gathered. Leads will include:
– Contact names, titles, and profile links from Paul’s exclusive recruiting database and search tools
– Insights about companies only available to recruiters such as the percentage of people at any given employer who have indicated to recruiters they are open to leaving! If 49% of the employees told recruiters on LinkedIn they want to explore their options, that’s a red flag that could save you from making a very bad career decision. Only recruiters with the LinkedIn Recruiter ATS can access this information.

6.) Real-time Reporting (Silver & Gold): You will have up to the minute access to all job leads for approval, who was contacted on your behalf, the correspondence from both sides, and the results of each attempt. You will learn Paul’s approach, his results, and you will witness a job search work ethic that will undoubtedly inspire improvements in your own efforts in future searches.

7.) Professional Outreach (Gold package only): Paul will engage an aggressive outreach campaign as an agency recruiter, personally contacting each organization on the list in an attempt to secure interviews and offers for you. Paul will also provide guidance and coaching to aide your own outreach efforts to additional organizations to increase coverage with high-quality outreach campaigns. He will work with you to help guide your efforts while independently finding and pursing more leads on your behalf.
