Don’t tip your waiter before the meal!

We employ a unique contribution strategy, inspired by a time-tested service tradition. Most restaurant servers do not ask for a tip before they serve your meal, right? Only after they deliver good service!
If they do a great job of bringing food to your table, that might be worth $10 or $20. But if they sneeze on your meal, or drop it on the floor, they would be lucky to get $5. We tip based on value.
Our attendance fees work the same way!

Attend the meeting first, and if you get valuable takeaways and appreciate the effort put into delivering the presentation, then leave an Attendance Tip of any amount, commensurate to the value you received.
If you attend and feel the meeting is awful, we insist that you do NOT pay for attending the meeting and instead share a suggestion of how we can improve. If everyone commits to doing one or the other, these meetings will continuously get better every single month. Thanks in advance for your help!
