Speed Up My Search

ProFinder Resume Offer

My ProFinder Resume Offer AND key questions to ask when comparing writers:

When comparing resume writers, start by reviewing their LinkedIn profiles.

Here is what to look for:
– The number of years helping job seekers
– Specialization expertise by industries & positions
– The volume & timing of their recommendations (If all are dated within a few months of each other, they were likely solicited; a quality pro should have at least 10 over time.)
– If they offer LinkedIn profile help, look for the blue LinkedIn logo indicating a premium account. (They need access to the premium search tools if they are going to teach you about them.)

When you talk with other writers, ask:

– “What is an ATS and HOW can you ensure compatibility?“
ANSWER: If they mention keywords, move on! Applicant Tracking System (ATS) compatibility is NOT about keywords, it is about formatting. Find out which ATS they can access for testing.

– “How many years of hiring experience do you have?“
ANSWER: They should have at least 3 years of recent hiring experience so you know they understand how employers are viewing resumes.

Remember, “cheap” and “quality” are rarely attributes describing the same product. Sometimes it can be worth it to settle for lower quality results, but sacrificing career opportunities that directly impact the trajectory of your professional life is not one of those times.

MY PROFINDER RESUME OFFER: I include all of the following:
– A professionally written, ATS compatible resume
– A detailed resume writing guide to help you confidently make ATS compatible updates to your resume in the future
– Instructions to customize your resume to each position quickly and easily to ensure the highest probability of employer calls (If they don’t know you personally, then they will call the resumes that match the job first. Wouldn’t you? I give you the structure and process to get more calls.)
– A detailed LinkedIn Profile Review

NOTE: I do 3 resumes per week maximum, so if you check back later and the red button has been replaced with a blue, “temporarily sold out” image, please check back next week. As long as the red “get started” button is there, I still have an open slot. Thanks for your understanding.

Still have questions? Schedule a call!

You can schedule a 15-minute call on my calendar below, or you can click the red button and we can get started right away!

– Once you reserve a time, it will be removed from the calendar.
– Once 3 are scheduled in the same day, the whole day will be marked “unavailable”.
– If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible to reopen the time slot for others. Thank you.

This video explains my process, turn-around time, and writing style. Be sure to watch for my Summary style to ensure you are comfortable with my unique approach.

If you want to talk before ordering, watching the video first will let us focus on your specific resume questions instead of process questions covered in the video.

The Bottom Line:

Without an ATS license, a writer cannot test your resume to ensure compatibility.

I rewrite numerous “professional” resumes every year for ATS compatibility, so choose your writer wisely.

I can test, so you can know.
