This is a Directory of former members as well volunteer sponsors who just want to help those in job transition. The professionals listed here are currently employed, but see the value of building and keeping their networks strong before they need them again. Their listings and blog posts continue to be indexed by search engines to help them rank higher in employer searches, and should ever need to look for a position again in the future, they won’t have to start building their rankings and networks from scratch.
