UPDATE: It seems that either a bot or a team of people used our ChatGPT boxes so much that they used our entire token allotment for the month in one day! Our intention was to help job seekers effectively update their resumes and improve their interview preparation by giving them free access to these tools, but unfortunately we have been blocked from doing that.
The boxes have been removed below and access is now exclusively available to members of our search program.
- The custom box to reword Resume Experience Points is available in PHASE 1, Resume Mastery.
- The custom box to reword and resize LinkedIn request messages to fit within the character limits imposed by LinkedIn can be found in PHASE 2, LinkedIn Mastery.
- The custom box we built to give you relevant interview questions from the perspectives of both hiring managers and HR directors is in PHASE 4, Interview Mastery.
Improve the Experience Points (i.e. bullet points) on your resume
Experts debate about what makes a resume bullet point great. Some say using numbers to describe what you did is essential, while others say to just keep them focused on the the tasks you performed. Although listing WHAT you do is important, showing you know WHY you do it changes everything!
Please don’t take my word for it, try our new, customized AI tool to see the difference for yourself.
Start simple. Basic tasks from any profession, be it a programmer, a geologist, or even a nurse can be improved by adding the business-impact (the WHY) of the task.
Put any of these simple job duties into the box below and click submit:
– Developed software in Java.
– Studied rocks.
– Gave people medicine.
—box removed— example responses to be added shortly
Did you try it? Wow! Right? Now imagine putting a real bullet point…err….wait, don’t imagine, paste one from YOUR resume into it to see what happens!
Point to Ponder: Corporate recruiters screen resumes from a huge variety of positions; they can’t be experts in all of them. If YOU were in their shoes screening resumes for an unfamiliar job, a Geologist for example, and one says, “Studied rocks.” but another says, “Analyzed rock samples to identify mineral composition, aiding in the development of industries that rely on these resources.” (taken from the AI tool above). Which person would you think knows more about rocks? How would your perception of the candidates differ?
Prepare for Interviews with Relevant Questions
Do you prepare general interview questions such as, “Tell me about yourself?” exclusively, or do you try to anticipate questions and prepare for those too? What about unexpected questions, how do you prepare for those? “Unexpected” questions, by definition cannot be anticipated without help.
That’s why I built the custom AI tool below. You can paste an entire job description into the box, or even just a job title, and it will return 10 possible interview questions for that job!
Start Simple. Just put a job title into the box with a skill they might need. Try one of these:
– IT Director with AWS experience
– Programmer with Java experience
– HR Director with Taleo experience
—box removed— example responses to be added shortly
Did you try it? Were the questions relevant? Now try pasted a full job description into the box to see it really work! If you don’t have one, grab one from our job board and try it!

Need to shorten or reword a LinkedIn Request Message? Paste your current message into the box below to get 2 new options, both under 200 characters, to fit into LinkedIn’s custom request message.
